President and Founder
William Sabaya is an experienced educationist having been involved in teaching, training of education personnel, curriculum development and former Director of Tanzania Institute of Education, founder and first Chief Executive of Tanzania Commission for Universities, Executive Administrator of Tanzania Academy of Sciences, and lecturer of contemporary issues in education at the Open University of Tanzania.
William actively participated in the development of the country’s general and higher education policies, and the Universities Act, 2005 and has made significant contributions towards the restructuring of the country’s schools curricula including development of criteria for quality assurance of the content, delivery and learner assessment system in Tanzania as well as guidelines for quality assurance of education in the fifteen member states of the SADC region.
Bill’s post-retirement concern about the critical role of education as the main engine for human development and desire to see the correct interpretation and implementation of the country’s education policies pushed him to pioneer the establishment of a model school to prepare a and provide young persons with critical knowledge and skills needed to enable them to fit into the world of productive work and efficient and effective service provision.

Andrew Christopher Sabaya
Chief Operating Office (COO) & Co-founder
Andrew Christopher, a holder of a Master’s degree in Organizational Management, brings to the organization and its projects enviable experiences in strategic planning and business development logistics and marketing as well as negotiation and budget management, team building and leadership skills.
Andrew holds an MBA in Organizational Management from Cambridge International College and an Associate Degree in Business Administration majoring in Marketing from Waldorf College. He is a member of the Institute of Marketing UK (MIM) and for over the years, has captured 107 profitable contracts for the firm he worked for, been awarded the Japanese Tobacco International Award on Innovation – 2008, received the Certificate of Merit from Youth Agribusiness Empowerment. The project stands to be in safe hands under the able management leadership of Andrew Sabaya.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Co-founder
Emayan Mollel (Emma), a holder of a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Corporate Management brings to the organization and its projects valuable experience in accounting, financial control, and leadership skills.
Emayan holds an MBA in Business Administration, Corporate Management (MBA) from the prestigious Mzumbe University Business school in Tanzania. She is a Chartered Certified Accountant and a certified Project Management Profession; she is also registered CPA (T) with the National Board of Accounts and Auditors (NBAA) in Tanzania.TAGET 2050 stands to benefit immensely from Emayan’s experience and expertise in accounts and project management.
